I recently visited the Optimum Store in Paterson, NJ, and had an excellent experience. Malena was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain all of the available residential internet and TV offers, making it easy to understand the different options and choose the best plan for my needs. What impressed me most was how thoroughly she reviewed the mobile offers as well. Malena answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I understood the benefits, pricing, and promotions available. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If you're considering Optimum services, I highly recommend visiting the Paterson location and asking for Malena. Her expertise, professionalism, and willingness to help made a great impression and turned what could have been a confusing process into a very positive experience.
